Join the Homebirth Association of North Dallas (HAND) for its next meeting to discuss “The Safety of Out-of-Hospital Birth” on Tuesday, July 17 at 7 p.m. at the Irving Bible Church, 2435 Kinwest Parkway in Irving. Certified nurse-midwife Becky Burpo of Allen Birthing Center will present the latest facts, figures and feedback on birthing safely.

The meeting will be held near “The Tubes” area of the church, so that there is a place for the children to play. Anyone who is interested in homebirth is welcome to attend. For more information, e-mail Laura from HAND.
