Texas Fresh Produce Guide
Texas farmers are throwing open the garden gate and inviting everyone to come
out and get the pick of the crop in person. Just head out to the nearest
pick-your-own operation and try your hand at harvesting your own vegetables,
citrus, berries, peaches, apples, cut flowers and more this year and every year.
And, if you don’t have time to pick, stop by a roadside stand or get produce
already picked and ready for sale at the farm. We are pleased to provide this
guide to finding the freshest produce available. Simply select a county or a
product to begin your search.
Remember to call ahead or check Web sites before driving out. As the season
wanes, business hours may change and supplies may become less plentiful.

Spiral Diner Dallas Update!!!
“Hello Everyone,
Things are moving right along in Dallas. The Building is being remodeled and we are inching closer to the opening of the new Spiral Diner. Our new location will be at 1101 N. Beckley in Oak Cliff. Although we have
not set an exact date yet, we are anticipating a late fall opening. We still have quite a bit to do including hiring the new staff of Spiral employees. We are now accepting applications, so if you live in Dallas (particularly in the Oak Cliff area) and are enthusiastic about working in an all-vegan restaurant, please e-mail me. I need a resume with job history, relevant food experience and why you want to work at Spiral Diner. You can send your resume to sara@spiraldiner.com and I will start setting up interviews soon.
We are also looking for a few more investors who are interested in helping Spiral financially. Please e-mail me and I can send you more information about that as well.
Thanks for your support, everyone. We’ll see you in Dallas this fall!!
Sara
