10:30 a.m. The Business of Being Born – Video Showing (auditorium holds up to 200 people)
12:00 p.m. Panel discussion – local midwife, physician, doula, and experts discuss the video and field questions
12:30-1:30 p.m. Birth circles, booths, baby fair
$4 online
$5 at the door
Proceeds will be donated to the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services, Transparency project.
Get involved
Booths We would like to have business cards and brochures available from all the local doulas and educators. Please contact us if you would like to display your
brochures or business cards so we can anticipate how many tables we need. If you have products and services, and would like to have a booth for your business, please let us know.
Promotions If you can help us by handing out brochures or posting promotional materials in local businesses, please call or email ASAP.
Door Prizes, Giveaways We would like to offer door prizes. If you have a product or service you are willing to donate or provide at a discount (labor goodies, baby products, books, hospitality services, childbirth classes, doula services, massage, etc.), please contact us ASAP.
Willing Hands If you’re available to help, and would like to just offer to help where needed, it’s a great experience to collaborate with passionate volunteers! We’d love to have your help before the event, or on the day of.
